and sometimes have had lots of supportive e-mails from multiple members of teams doing the work to implement things to various progressions up the chain with them telling me who to contact.

Made no difference. It's what really irks me considering they are are a public service broadcaster. Not really doing me much of a service. (And I pay my tv license fee!)

One thing I've always wondered about the TV license fee in the UK - how in the world do they administer it? Isn't there a high percentage of scofflaws over this?

don't worry - with the microsoft-novell deal I trust microsoft to be thinking of us and that they will make sure that the open source zealots can see the bbc tv.

after the deal was all about interoperability wasn't it?
