Which sounds like Microsoft still has a chance to put Balmer on a plane and fly around with suitcases of money to 9 of the dissenting/abstaining vote countries and get it fast-tracked by the deadline on the 28th. Sounds hard, but then we've already seen them do this with the European software patent voting. Hopefully, ISO doesn't have anything equiv. to the Council of Agriculture and Fisheries. ;)
