The final sentence in the quote from the original "OpenEMR" project states: "... no attempt at openess." When I visited the suspect site, http://openemr.net , I'm told in the FAQ that the source will be available at no charge. There are currently no downloads available from the site nor is there any way to purchase the software through the site. It looks to me to be a site which is still being set up for business, but saying there's "no attempt at openess" seems a bit harsh at the moment. |
