I bet the public petition for the British Standard Office to oppose OOXML has many times more signatures. We'll never know though because MS doesn't publish the numbers. And if they did I bet half of them (at least!) aren't real people but MS employees under false names.

As part of Microsoft's affirmative action hiring practices, they are now officially "breathing impaired" individuals, and thus qualified to post on Microsoft's behalf.
