"said it once and I will say it again: Google already has a Google OS. Because they support each operating system, they do not limit themselves the way Microsoft does. Best of all, it is quickly outpacing Microsoft with regard to ingenuity with the possible exception of Silverlight and Popfly." Main reason why I think they are successful - never ran across a google web page or video that required internet explorer, windows media player, quicktime media player, at least they get it. Maybe one day apple and microsoft will get a clue and try to stop controlling the APIs. This fact alone makes their products superior. |
