Just think of all the minor potentates that will be driving new cars.
The Ministry of Education will sprout Air Conditioners like a chia pet.
All the homes in the "Zona Rosada" will have nifty new computers.
Customs agents will be well armed with PDAs and laptops. Thats how big buck development works and the Rascals from Redmond will not send people trekking through the heat/dust/wet/dry/war/famine what have you to get a few computers in the hands of 2nd graders. There have been a few times when countries have told Redmond to stick it. "We won't accept your conditions or money." |
