In regards to F/OSS software, he hits the nail dead on the head. It is by any stretch of the imagination a consumer right. However to say that it is a human right presupposes entirely to much. For it to be a human right, first one has to include electricity and a computer. I realize this stirs the thoughts of, what exactly are human rights, but to take the electricity and computer to a ridiculous extreme one could include an iPod as a human right within the same group, and that is plain ludicrous.
