I personally have personal issues, doing business with businesses like that.

The question of whether Apple is or is not "as evil" as Microsoft appears to have been answered definitively -- by Apple itself.

The EU design injunction rule at least makes a bit more sense to me now in that it appears to be very narrow, perhaps aimed largely to stop "counterfits".

As can be seen here http://www.google.com/search?q=apple logo&oe=utf-8&rls=com.p... Jobs has taken but 2 bites out of Apple (and rumor has it he got very sick after that second one). Why would I bother to take even one?

Microsoft is like a has-been in the world of evildoers, while Apple is up-and-coming and on track to be the leader.

In other news, Mr. Boogeyman's announced about-face to leave little kids alone was treated with a little skepticism by the slightly older children.

Mr. B still pushes the massive lock-in proprietary who-knows-what's-in-there web that parents have warned their kids about since the dawn of computers.
