Although I may be a bit biased, I like ROSA LXDE and am considering switching to it full time.
Thankfully this is not a live review and thus is a true representation of what you can expect from the install through to the desktop. I could of done with some details regarding resource usage but i'm not going to quibble too much as I pretty much know what to expect from my own experiences of LXDE but others may not of had much experience of this desktop. I have tried both versions of ROSA and the LXDE version to me is the best version, as I have to do too much to get the KDE version to a useable condition for myself whilst LXDE is pretty much good to go and the added bonus of less resource usage. |
