The wall street Journal article has an obnoxious audio that, I think repeats the text of the article and which on my phone I can't turn off'

tracyanne - possibly intended for sight-impaired people.

When I read the headline I assumed it was Microsoft doing the alleged bribing, but the allegation is the other way round.
