Cumulus Networks's Cumulus Linux listed as "Proprietary."

Cumulus Networks's Cumulus Linux lists their license as "Proprietary." It's apparently Debian based. So, I suppose that they are either violating the GPL 2 and GPL 3 licenses, or they are distributing proprietary packages on top of a basic Debian. Either way, they ought to run their "product" by a copyright attorney...
