It seems to me that Mastodon is in a way simlar to Diaspora diasporafoundation.org They both are open-source, Mastodon's nodes remnd me of Diaspora's pods, andDiaspora #tags seem awfully close to those of the microbloging service Twitter that Mastodon's replacing. Haven't heard to much about Diaspora lately, so am wondering how popular that's been? fb |
