If Mr. Enderle has written this piece of FUD with the purpose of stirring up animosity in the Mac community toward free software, he has very likely failed. The Mac Observer immediately responded with this astute editorial: http://www.macobserver.com/columns/thebackpage/2004/20040607... . Apparently people in the Mac community are not as stupid is Mr. Enderle seems to expect. Over the past year or two, Rob Enderle has become a passionate and driven Linux basher. One can only wonder what businessman would ever pay this analyst for advice. Good advisers are detached and impartial. Mr. Enderle is anything but. |
