That's right folks the latest beta changes to the Steam client have been pushed to the main branch so now amongst other fixes Linux can finally get 64bit games from Steam!

Limit Theory is a crowdfunded Space Sim whose universe is based around the concept of procedural content generation: nearly everything in LT, according to the developer words, will be computer generated (quests, solar systems, enemies, nebulas, etc.).

Interstellar Marines released in Early Access on Steam hitting Linux next!

Today Zero Point Software released Interstellar Marines on Steam Early Access. It's still in Pre-Alpha state but many features are available right now. For now it will only support Windows and Mac, but support for Linux is on roadmap and should be available soon. Game will be constantly improved, to present players with game they deserve.

Mammoth Gravity Battles is a turn based strategy/artillery game with high quality graphics, featuring 2D and 3D levels, multiple weapons, four player battles and a story driven campaign. Similar to death star battles/gravity wars you aim the shots from your mammoth ships and watch as they fly in all three dimensions pulled by the gravity of the stars, planets, asteroids, moons and black holes in each sector. Half-Life 2, EP1, EP2 and Lost Coast exit beta on Linux!

That's it folks Half-Life 2 and it's episodes are officially out of Beta to join Portal on the Linux platform, it looks like my predictions could be a little off. I predicted here what I think will happen with the Valve Linux ports but it seems I was wrong since a lot more games are now out of Beta which is usually a sign that a new port is incoming!

Hotline Miami 2 will be coming to Linux!

Hotline Miami 2 has been confirmed by their official teaser video to be heading over to Linux, which is sure to please many of you!
