“As IT infrastructure grows and becomes more complex, administrators are overwhelmed with data and fatigued by never-ending alarms,” said Hinkle. “We plan to show LinuxFest attendees how to reduce their management burden by having better insight into their network via Zenoss Core's comprehensive monitoring suite – proving what makes Zenoss one of the fastest growing open source management solutions.”

The tenth anniversary of this event, being held April 25-26 in Bellingham, Washington, will feature internationally recognized speakers from leading companies and well-known open source projects, as well as exhibits and demonstrations for a wide range of interests and technical abilities, appealing to those looking for cost effective technical solutions. A non-profit corporation registered in the state of Washington, LinuxFest Northwest was founded to educate the public about all aspects of open source software, and is an all-volunteer organization.
