Canonical announced that the Ubuntu Open Week for Natty Narwhal (Ubuntu 11.04) will take place between 2nd to 5th May, 2011, on the Ubuntu IRC, in the #ubuntu-classroom channel.

The Ubuntu Open Week event was created to teach end users who to work with the tools included in the Ubuntu operating system. If you participate in the Ubuntu Open Week, you could:

· learn about the Ubuntu landscape; · talk to some of the key developers from the Ubuntu project; · find out about the Community and its relationship with Canonical; · participate in an open Q[he]A with Mark Shuttleworth, the founder of Ubuntu[/he] · and much more!
