Parsix GNU/Linux 4.0 Test 1 Ships With GNOME 3

Alan Baghumian announced last night, June 4th, the immediate availability for download of the first test version of the upcoming Parsix GNU/Linux 4.0 operating system.

Dubbed Gloria, Parsix GNU/Linux 4.0 brings lots of updated packages, an updated installer, faster live boot, and new features.

It includes all the security updated and bug fixes, as well as application updates, that were published on the Debian testing repositories as of July 1st, 2012.

Because of the many changes implemented in this release, existing Parsix users who want to upgrade to Gloria will need to do an update mode installation.
