GNOME 3.6.2 Has Been Officially Released

Matthias Clasen proudly announced a few minutes ago, November 15, that the second and last maintenance release of the GNOME 3.6 desktop environment is now available for download.

GNOME 3.6.2 is a necessary upgrade for all users of GNOME 3.6, brining many enhancements, squashing numerous bugs and updating lots of translations.

An interesting thing to mention about this release is that it comes with a greatly improved GNOME Shell, Nautilus, NetworkManager and GNOME Control Center apps. Also, the Empathy IM client has a few interesting changes, as well as the GNOME Online Accounts and GNOME Settings Manager.
