The Edubuntu team has announced today, April 25, that the final release of the highly anticipated Edubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) operating system is now available for download.

Just like its big brother, Ubuntu 13.04, the Raring release of Edubuntu comes with the improved Unity 7 user interface, Linux kernel 3.8, Upstart 1.8, LibreOffice 4.0, Mozilla Firefox 19.0, Mozilla Thunderbird 17.0, and Python 3.3.
The default applications of Edubuntu 13.04 are: Klavaro, Krecipes, Gramps, Chemtool, Fritzing, Einstein, Vym, Bluefish and Remmina. Full Story |
