Ardour 4.1 Open Source Digital Audio Workstation Available for Download

The Ardour project announced the immediate availability for download of the Ardour 4.1 DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) software, a major release that adds new functionality and fixes bugs.

Ardour 4.1 is here to add several new and attractive new features like input gain control, capture- or playback-only device support for ALSA and Coreaudio sound servers, Windows assembler metering support, and click-free changes to processor meter and order position.
Furthermore, it introduces many improvements to the user interface, such as waveform rendering, support for HiDPI (High Dots Per Inch) displays, relative snap, tap tempo, remove time, a brand-new 0dBFS peak meter. Full Story |
