GTK+ 3.17.8 Adds Even More Improvements to Wayland, Prepares for GNOME 3.18

While the GNOME Project prepares for the release of the second Beta build of the forthcoming GNOME 3.18 desktop environment, due for release on September 23, the GTK+ development team announced the release of GTK+ 3.17.8.

GTK+ 3.17.8 offer better loading feedback and displays network:/// in the Places view of GtkFileChooser aligns widgets that are relative only to the overlay and not to the main widget in GtkOverlay, addresses a fallout issues from padding/margin addition in GtkTextView, support focusable headers in GtkListBox, and improves the GtkCalendar theming, as well as the performance of GtkListBox.
