AndEX Live CD Now Lets You Run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop on Your PC with Google Apps

Arne Exton, the creator of several free and commercial GNU/Linux and Android-x86 distributions, informed us earlier today, October 11, about a new update for his AndEX Live CD.

AndEX Build 151010 has actually been released on October 10, 2015, it is based on the latest version of the free Android-x86 project, as well as on Google's Android 5.1.1 Lollipop mobile operating system. The new build is powered by the long-term supported Linux kernel 4.0.8, despite the fact that Android-x86 5.1 uses Linux kernel 4.0.9 LTS.
