Rugged, box-PC runs Linux on Broadwell

Aaeon’s rugged “Boxer-6638U” industrial PC runs Linux on a 5th Gen Core i3, and offers four COM ports, 9-24V input, and -20 to 60°C operation. Despite the different branding schemes, the “economical” Boxer-6638U is said to be the follow-on to Aaeon’s similarly stripped down, 4th Generation “Haswell” based AEC-6638 box-PC.
