Judgement Day: For SCO, but it's a Secret

Remember SCO telling everyone they hoped to file their 10K prior to their delisting meeting with Nasdaq? Bob Mims of the Salt Lake Tribune tells us what happened yesterday at the meeting in Washington, and what leaps out is that they did not file the 10K:

I know that I promised to keep my mouth shut (well at least my keyboard quite) until I got some issues resolved, but I have been search to see any signs that even that the hearing took place. The last couple of days the trading volume has risen from the mid teens to the 100K level with the values going in every direction with the most critical trades (at the very end of the trading day) made with just a few shares (comparatively). My fear that this may be a drawn out affair with the guilty able to dump their shares at above their inherent value to guileless "investors" may be born out due to the ability of SCO to keep the exchange results delayed and win further appeals lengthening the time to bilk the uninformed.
