InsynQ Initiates Alpha Testing Program for Appgen 4GL Graphical Development System

The Appgen 4GL (fourth generation language) has been widely used by Appgen developers worldwide for over 20 years, providing a tool for extreme customization of Appgen applications and rapid development of new cross-platform applications.

The recent introduction of InsynQ's graphical development tools, with the development client available for Windows or Linux, brings a familiar visual working environment and project management structure that previously did not exist within the framework of the Appgen Development System.

"The Appgen Development System has provided a means for building graphical applications for years, but the development environment itself was strictly character-based until now," said Errol Allahverdi, Manager of Development for Appgen.
