Has MySQL Betrayed the Open Source Community?

The press release appeared on SCO's website on September 2, and was distributed to the media by a popular newswire service, but to date, is nowhere to be found at MySql's site: the two companies agreed "to jointly deliver a certified, commercial version of the popular MySQL database for SCO OpenServer 6, the newest release of SCO's UNIX solutions platform."
