There were times when we had 8 bit processors with a clock rate of 1MHz, and most of the time, these processors were waiting for us, not us for them.

I’m talking about virtualization here, and that is a wide field and probably the next big thing. After evaluating Xen at work already, after thinking about the best solution for web hosting, and after considering what is needed to consolidate machines not only at work, but also at home, I came up with several interesting results.
