Lawrence Lessig and Richard Stallman here give their reasoning behind opposing DRM, and Lessig explains his previous comments

Laurence Lessig has given a clarification on Digital Restrictions Management: "There's no disagreement about where we should end up - No DRM." It appeared that Lessig's stance on DRM had diverged last week from FSF's when a press release for Sun's "Open DRM" included a postive-sounding soundbit from Lessig.
