More than a quarter of the computer software used in the UK is pirated, according to a report.

The survey by an anti-piracy lobby group shows the percentage of illegal software in use in the UK has stayed at 27% for the last two years.

Ed:Absolutely no mention is made of the links between the BSA and Microsoft. Absolutely no mention is made of the cost of commercial software and absolutely no mention is made of Linux. This is shameful reporting for the BBC. Really one sided and uninformative. I've already contacted them to complain. If you have a few minutes spare, please go and do likewise. Let them know at least some of us aren't fooled by this blatant propaganda. And if they didn't know of these links? Then they should have done - it's their job to know.
