HTPCs, or Home Theater Personal Computers, are the hype of the year. And if you’re looking for a HTPC barebone which supports and even includes (comes with) Linux, you may want to visit LixSystems

If you take into account the latest price reductions made by AMD for their great single and dual core processors, and add some RAM and a harddisk (plus of course some Linux-compatible TV card), you have a system which is hard to beat under price/performance aspects. Plus the company claims that they run ultra-silent as well.
