VPA is an Eclipse-based performance visualization toolkit, similar to Intel’s VTune, and AMD's CodeAnalyst for Linux, Java and Windows platforms that uses three major parts to improve performance.

Visual Performance Analyzer (VPA) is an Eclipse-based performance visualization toolkit, similar to Intel’s VTune, and AMD's CodeAnalyst, but for Linux, Java and Windows platforms. It uses three major components that work to narrow down performance problems, show statistics, and examine code execution on IBM POWER processors.
