Why then do I get the gut feel Oracle overpaid?

CRM is complex and slow to market as done by Seibel, but their competition relies upon a web based app that is not sold nor installed on the client's machines. At the moment, salesoffice.com has fewer clients paying less, but growing and with a more satisfied clientele. The balance may have been shifted, but perhaps not in Oracle's favor. |

Why do I get the felling you're accurate on this one? |
