I can recommend DriverLoader, it has an insanely easy configuration. Only slight drawback is it costs. But as opposed to replacing network cards it's cheap. I've been using it at work to get a dual boot training room up and running. Those not in the know bought a load of U.S. Robotics "we do/do not support Linux" wireless gear so we had to find a way of getting Linux to see the wireless cards.

Driverloader and the like are a stopgap measure. Once hardware vendors will realize the *Nix market is valuable and they gain nothing by closed code, they will provide the necessary code and it'll be native.
