Microsoft's position on "known" security problems is that they "do not exist" until somebody outside their realm discovers it. RHEL's original feedback was similar. Summary: Yes it's a problem, but we can keep this problem to ourselves and not have to resolve it. We now have a new definition for "Red Shift". |
