Gaming under Linux can be hard without the right tools. One problem many Linux gamers face frequently is the bugs associated from running ventrilo using WINE. But the answer is now here. Spux will allow users to connect and interact with ventrilo servers.

Ventrilo fans who use linux have been waiting for a program like Spux for far too long. But now finally, a community of programmers, have been working hard on this project and it is getting closer and closer to completion.

I am lucky enough to have tried the development version of Spux and its very impressive, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to use Ventrilo under linux. Keep an eye on the Spux website (http://www.spuxproject.net) for release information, I know I will.
