Skype Down in Some Countries

Microsoft confirms the issues, says a fix is coming. The Skype service is currently down in some countries and Microsoft says that it’s already aware of the problem and a fix is on its way.

There’s no information on when the fix could arrive, but it’s pretty clear that Microsoft is working at full speed to get Skype back online, especially because the desktop and mobile clients are the ones being used by everyone these days. In the meantime, however, if you really need to start a call with someone on Skype, going to Skype for Web is the best option until the desktop client is back up. Full Story |
